Job Description :
Responsible for delivery control of projects within the project timelines and budget. The Delivery Manager owns the solution delivery and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of the development, delivery project leadership, management, quality, and timely delivery of the project. Will oversee all delivery associates assigned to a project.

Extensive and consistent experience of delivering complex projects throughout lifecycle
Strong understanding of Microsoft products and related technologies;
Project planning and progress monitoring including budget control and milestone control; issue and risk management
Proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to success
Excellent negotiation skills

Five (5) years project delivery experience or management of large projects as a Lead Developer, Lead Business Analyst specific to Microsoft development
Minimum 8 years project experience in delivery of enterprise systems with an emphasis on globally available applications
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft platform (IIS, .NET, Web Services, SQL Server, SharePoint, Windows Server, Clustering, Active Directory etc)
Confidence in dealing with staff, managers and partners across the firm
Good knowledge of regional issues and structures, ability to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds
