Technical Lead Engineer (AWS, NodeJS, Golang, Dockers, Kubernetes, Kafka) Atlanta, GA Fulltime/Permanent Essential Function: Work hands on with potential and existing Digital Cloak customers, in both pre and post-sales capacities, to elicit their requirements and design innovative solutions Gather, analyze, and document requirements Work with Digital Cloak SMEs and our partners to design solutions to meet their needs Strong technical knowledge and development background on modern stack (Cloud technologies AWS/Google, Microservices, Event based architecture, containers, serverless, IAM integrations) Analytical thinker and solution oriented, hands on. Review, analyze and evaluate business/technical needs, identify the pain points and possible solutions Can present VDart Digital strengths and capabilities Ideate and prepare innovative solutions to deliver more value to customer's needs. Design and document the proposed solution and get a buy in from business Lead the core team to deliver the initial work. Assist with business development efforts, presenting designed solutions and authoring the technical section of proposal responses as required Assist with overall marketing efforts of Digital Cloak s Identity and Access Management offerings to include authoring of white papers, participation in panel discussions, attendance at trade shows, etc. Mentor and train customers on the service Act as a liaison between Customers and Product Management to drive product development Apply knowledge of technologies and protocols to support identity federation and robust access control models, such as SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect Utilize knowledge of typical enterprise identity life cycle management processes and standards May provide mentoring, guidance, and expertise to less experienced team members Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to work independently and multi-functionally supporting the development of client work you're doing General knowledge of cloud architectures as well as complex enterprise on-premise IT landscapes Knowledge of typical enterprise identity life cycle management processes and standards Ability to Multi-task and manage multiple customer engagements is a requirement Able and willing to be a hands-on contributor Superb communication skills, both written and verbal Communication Skill Requirements: Communicates with internal and external customers and all levels of management Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences Delivers informative, well-organized presentations Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information thoughtfully Uses active listening skills to figure out and understand the customer's business goals, objectives and priorities Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: AD and LDAP experience is preferred Software development experience strongly preferred (Java, .Net, REST/JSON, etc Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience 8-12+ years of experience in designing and implementing security and identity management solutions to support critical systems and business programs 7-10+years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers Experience with technologies and protocols to support identity federation and robust access control models (e.g., SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect) Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline required OR any equivalent combination of education and experience Key Skills: Java, Microservices, AWS, Rest, JSON, SAML, OAuth, IAM, IDP, OpenID, Marketing, Post Sales, Presales, Dockers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Agile, Scrum Referral Program: Ask our recruiting team about how you can be a part of our referral program.
