Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Jenkins & Kubernetes)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Jenkins CI/CD and Kubernetes orchestration. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automated pipelines, managing containerized applications, and improving deployment efficiency across development and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

  • Manage, deploy, and monitor containerized applications on Kubernetes (K8s).

  • Create and manage Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, namespaces, and clusters.

  • Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to enable smooth releases.

  • Automate repetitive operational tasks using Shell / Python scripting.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement reliability improvements.

  • Manage Docker images, registries, and artifact repositories.

  • Implement security best practices across CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes environments.

  • Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) supporting DevOps processes.

  • Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform / Ansible.

  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of deployed applications.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 12 15 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related role.

  • Strong practical knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD and pipeline development (Freestyle, Declarative, Groovy scripting).

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration & deployment.

  • Solid understanding of Docker and container lifecycle management.

  • Experience working with Linux environments.

  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Shell, Bash, Python).

  • Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).

  • Understanding of networking concepts such as load balancing, DNS, firewalls, and ingress.

Good to Have
  • Experience with service mesh (Istio/Linkerd).

  • Knowledge of GitOps tools (ArgoCD / Flux).

  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native solutions.

  • Certification such as CKA, CKAD, AWS/Azure DevOps Engineer.
