Roles / Skills & Responsibilities :

 

    • Lead the overall IAM program for a large Financial Services customer
    • Program & project manage the entire engagement
    • Serves as the primary point of contact and takes accountability for service delivery.
    • Collaborates with Partner PM / DM and Customer PM/DM for risk management, engagement priorities, and communications to executive management.
    • Build on the engagement to expand and grow the account in IAM space
    • Establish connect and build relationships with key Customer stakeholders and executives
    • Bring in though leadership and IAM experience to help grow the IAM Consulting and Advisory business.

 

• Serves as the primary point of contact and takes accountability for service delivery.
• Manages and coordinates with Project Manager for the overall project delivery.
• Serves as the point of contact for contract extensions, personnel matters, and billing.
• Collaborates with Project Manager for resource allocation, risk management, engagement priorities, and communication to executive management.
• Collaborates with the project manager on progress tracking and reporting.
• Collaborates with the project manager to remove impediments that affect the progress of the team.
• Coordinates decisions within three business days, or according to an otherwise agreed-upon timeline.
• Assists with management of the backlog.
• Facilitates sprint planning, regular standup meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Takes responsibility for capturing and managing success expectations.
