Responsibilities and Tasks

· Capable of liaison and customer management along with our Product Owners
· Knowledge of PMO concepts and project plan technical development
· Oversee the entire portfolio of work being performed under Technical Delivery Managers
· Provide overall development program leadership and direct teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed timeframes
· Ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality
· Work with QA to assure project quality and defined measurements of code quality
· Ensure complete understanding of the development estimates and project scopes – work with Delivery Managers to assure development teams deliver projects within the framework of the given estimate and assumptions
· Clear expectations of milestones and goals
· Mentor Delivery Team on IT methodology and drive consistent processes – whether waterfall or agile
· Should have relevant technical experience of the types of products being used: .Net, SharePoint 2013 (2016 is a plus), Microsoft SQL, Power BI

Managed teams in various geographic locations with a proven track record of completing quality projects on time and within budget
Extensive and consistent experience of delivering complex projects throughout lifecycle
Strong understanding of Microsoft products and related technologies;
Project planning and progress monitoring including budget control and milestone control; issue and risk management
Proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to success
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to anticipate and build contingency plans
Expert problem solving skills
Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism
Ability to multi-task efficiently

Strong coaching, and project management experience

International experience with the ability to work in a diverse work environment across cultures and time-zones; available to travel (internationally) at short notice and host/attend international calls outside of standard working hours
