Job Description :
Work closely with clients to identify users business requirements and lead the support of in-house corporate systems business requirements. Interpret business needs and translate them into system requirements. Write business
specifications and forward to technical staff for system development. Act as the conduit between a user group and an IT development team and perform as an advanced consultant with the capability knowledge to excel at client
delivery, having developed expertise in a specific area. Take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital to help the firm grow its business.Exhibit developed relationships with clients, perform as a highly valued leader for sharing knowledge and giving trusted advice, and interact directly with senior-level clients. Develop competency in project and
financial management, become more involved in managing teams and formulating business strategy, and guide the progress of projects while mentoring junior staff in both firm and technical competencies.Empower change with us.
Must Have:
-3+ years(for Senior LCAT 6+ for Master LCAT)of experience as a business analyst or project coordinator
-Experience with analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
-Experience with identifying and assessing customer needs
-Experience with software development, including Scrum and Agile development techniques
-Ability to recognize and perform timely impediment recognition and escalation and display business judgment and proven expertise in directing the efforts of a technical staff
-Ability to ensure the product owner knows how to arrange the product backlog to maximize value and teach
techniques for effective product backlog management
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent interpersonal, organizational, and team building
skills
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

-Experience in distilling complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with thorough acceptance criteria
-Experience with release planning and tracking and Agile using test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous integration environments
