IDEALFORCE has a short term Contract position available immediately for a Technical Business Analyst to join our customer in Austin, TX. The Client is looking for an experienced technical project manager with
a strong technology background who is well versed in gathering and validating business
requirements, improving existing business processes, and translate requirements into functional
specifications for implementation. An exceptional candidate for this role would be someone who
has an aptitude and drive for innovation, problem solving, develop process and procedures that
can help with rapid product delivery and enable continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be required to coordinate and lead all aspects of engineering product
development activities with the primary focus on gathering and understanding business
requirements, work with subject matter experts to convert them into technical requirements for
implementation. The candidate will be responsible for working with products and engineering to
design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions in the cloud and to enable

Responsibilities:
-? Act as a liaison between engineering and business teams
? Work closely with products team to review business requirements, wireframe designs
and conduct gap analysis workshops with stakeholders
? Work closely with design and technical experts to translate business requirements into
functional specifications
? Ensure technology solutions meet business needs and requirements
? Collaborate with a Product team to shape the end-to-end product strategy and determine
business value
? Support the Product team in collaborating with other teams and leadership to manage
backlog refinement, sprint backlog, and ensure overall technology strategy aligns with
product vision and roadmap
? Build strong, positive relationships with business teams and customers
? Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas of concern, propose
recommendations and/or corrective actions
? Able to set priorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations
? Develop reports and analyze data against key performance metrics for continuous
improvement and operational excellence
? Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business degree with ability to demonstrate
high degree of technical skills
? 6+ years business analysis and data analysis experience with strong technical expertise
? 4+ years of relevant experience in requirement analysis, project delivery, data analysis,
analytical reports, research, or similar work
? Ability to multi-tasks and support cross-functional initiatives
? Experience with agile methodology and development processes, and the ability to
communicate effectively with engineering team
? Solid understanding of project management & process improvement techniques,
methodologies and best practices
? Must be able to work in a diverse team environment
? A critical thinker with an outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
? Result oriented, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude
? A strong desire to grow with a company and take on additional responsibilities
