Principal Systems Architect/Engineer L4 and L5 roles

Location: Remote, United States

Duration: Long Term

 

Required Skills:

Job description:

  • 7+ years of experience working with systems engineering
  • 5+ years of experience supporting M&A work with cross functional teams
  • Extensive experience with cloud platform engineering including AWS, Okta, Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Extensive knowledge of designing, configuring, managing, and engineering systems required including hardware, OS (Mac, Windows, Linux ), Active Directory, group policy, internal DNS, DHCP, as well as monitoring and patching.
  • Advanced knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, BASH, Python or other)
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL framework/best practices and ability to understand the concepts of identity management for enterprise systems.
  • Ability to utilize tools such as Postman to perform complex troubleshooting
  • Comfortable working in highly complex environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Have the ability to balance long-term objectives with urgent short-term needs
  • Entrepreneurial / Ownership mindset with appetite to define process and build programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to mentor more junior systems engineers.
