Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Participate in design, estimation, planning, development, and implementation phases of projects.
  • Work with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake (and BigQuery exposure) ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
  • Provide application support for Manhattan DFIO, including:
    • Incident and after-hours support
    • Error analysis and resolution
    • Identification of data and processing issues
  • Possess strong functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems and related retail business processes.
  • Create system test plans, execute system and integration testing, and support UAT.
  • Follow change management processes, including creating and managing change requests in ServiceNow.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment and coding standards.
  • Perform systems management and integration activities.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to build and enhance solutions.
  • Review peer code, create coding standard checklists, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Track time using approved time reporting tools.
  • Maintain key process steps and governance as defined by the customer and project management.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and provide innovative, value-added solutions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6–8+ years of experience in Retail Supply Chain / SCM systems.
  • Strong functional expertise in:
    • Demand Forecasting & Replenishment
    • SCM Inventory Management
  • Hands-on experience supporting Manhattan DFIO.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Snowflake
    • PL/SQL
    • Unix / Linux commands
  • Ability to analyze current business processes and create process models / diagrams with improvement recommendations.
  • Experience supporting application migration initiatives (DFIO to new planning platforms preferred).
  • Strong understanding of system testing, change management, and release processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with business, IT, and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
