Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst III with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and support innovative business applications. This role will focus on building robust solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint, enabling the agency to streamline workflows, improve business processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of managing complex projects independently, with extensive hands-on experience in enterprise-level Power Platform development and a strong understanding of business application design.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.

Utilize Power FX formula language to build advanced, scalable Power Apps solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective low-code/no-code solutions.

Optimize workflows and automate business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Ensure all solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and compliant with agency standards.

Provide documentation, training, and support for deployed applications.
