Job Title : Delivery Manager – Global Solution Delivery (Mid-Level)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Delivery Manager to support Global Solution Delivery initiatives at TJX Corporate. This role will focus on managing the delivery of technical components within IT projects and ensuring seamless integration across various teams. The ideal candidate will have a background as an integration developer or engineer who has transitioned into a delivery-focused role. Note: This is not a Program Manager or Project Manager position.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of technical components from project initiation through implementation and closeout.

Manage multiple technical deliverables across concurrent projects of varying size and scope.

Collaborate with technical teams to plan, staff, specify, test, and deliver integrated solutions.

Act as the primary liaison between technical teams to ensure alignment and accountability.

Identify and mitigate technical risks, issues, and interdependencies.

Work closely with program managers to define deliverables, timelines, and associated costs.

Prepare and maintain key project documentation:
-
Promote and implement best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and PCI standards.
Required Qualifications
-
5–10 years of experience in IT project delivery or technical management.

Background in software design, development, and delivery processes.

Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting focus as needed.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated experience with systems integration projects.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and PCI compliance standards.
