Position Overview
We are seeking a C++/Golang Technical Lead to join a long-term project with one of our direct clients in San Antonio, TX. This is a lead-level, hands-on engineering role for candidates with deep experience in C/C++, Golang, and Microservices in Unix/Linux environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals, experience leading Agile teams, and a proactive approach to system design, development, and testing.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a development team in Agile delivery, including planning, mentoring, and technical oversight

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using C++, Golang, and Microservices architecture

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code for system-level and application-level components

Automate development and testing tasks using scripting tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Application Development, QA, Business Analysts, and Operations)

Create, execute, and automate Test Strategies and Test Plans based on both functional and non-functional requirements

Ensure system stability, security, and performance
