This project is a strategic initiative to consolidate IT resources currently embedded across various departments into a unified IT division. This effort aims to strengthen IT governance, improve user access and security, and enhance visibility and operational reporting across the enterprise. The project includes evaluating current IT roles and reporting structures, conducting position classification reviews, aligning personnel with an optimized organizational model, and inventorying IT systems and projects to support business prioritization and alignment with enterprise objectives.

Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Data Lead with strong expertise in database management, data architecture, reporting, and process optimization. This role will be responsible for designing, organizing, and streamlining data systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with strategic thinking, leading efforts to align data architecture with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases, schemas, and reporting structures.
· Define and enforce data architecture standards to ensure scalability, consistency, and performance.
· Organize and optimize systems, processes, and workflows to improve data quality, access, and reporting.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
· Develop and oversee data governance practices, ensuring compliance and security across all systems.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data models, data pipelines, and reporting.
Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience as a Data Lead, Data Architect, or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of databases, schema design, and reporting frameworks.
· Expertise in data modeling, integration, and process optimization.
· Ability to design and optimize workflows and data processes for efficiency.
· Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
· Experience with data governance, compliance, and best practices.
Preferred Experience:
· Experience with large-scale data environments.
· Familiarity with reporting and analytics methods.
· Experience working in structured project or program environments.
