Job Requirement and Description:
Skills & Experience:
Experience working in banking environment
Ability to support a myriad of financial applications including FP&A and Treasury applications.
Hands-on experience with Restful Web Services, web applications, JSM, transactional databases and NoSQL databases.
Extensive experience in Tableau and other reporting tools development
Experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Stored procedures and functions.
Experience in creating packages to extract data from Excel, Flat file, Oracle, DB2, Sybase to MS SQL Server by using MS SQL Server DTS and SSIS
Working knowledge on AWS Could or Azure Infrastructure
Experience in implementing and supporting of SaaS applications.
Experience with distributed systems.
Strong understanding of SQL.
Knowledge of .Net or Java/J2EE applications
Experience with enterprise integration services/solutions.
Role & Responsibilities:
Ability to analyze and trouble shoot production issues.
Provide leadership and support for system production issues, change requests and maintenance. Maintain knowledge documentation.
Ability to manage and direct, with authority, remote team members to quickly resolve business critical production incidents successfully.
Regularly apply advanced data analysis skills to understand detailed data flows between systems and within systems for their domain
Identify recurring systems issues, conduct root cause analyses, and provide metrics as required.
Interface with managers, end users, vendors, and internal client IT staff to effectively understand issues faced, support applications and communicate and convey information to and across audiences.
Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, technical, and security requirements
Configure systems and develop expertise in system functionality and design
Understand points of interaction and impact on other systems across the enterprise
Understand client needs and pain points; recommend enhancements to release tracks
Perform and/or participate in testing releases prior to installing in production
Assist with performing applications changes and configurations
Manage the installation of maintenance/patches and software upgrades
Perform business process analysis and offer recommendations for computer systems customization versus configuration
Act as a functional resource for technology development requests including projects and system enhancements
Provide user support and prepare technical and functional system documentation as needed.
As a system owner, own end-to-end health and maintenance of assigned systems, including tactical vendor management
Manage end-to-end from idea to delivery of enhancements and changes to systems
