Sr. Technical Strategist / AEM 6 + month contract to hire Drug and Background Write Up 10-12 years of experience Big Data AEM CMS Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AEM Assets/DAM, and overall Adobe ecosystem (specifically Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) Should have experience using Content/Experience Fragments, Responsive, SPA and Headless architectures, AEM Multi-site Management, AEM Workflows, translations and other localization, custom metadata management, Asset Renditions, AEM Dispatcher, SEO support, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target integration, CDN integration and publishing/deployment Should have good understanding of AEM Sites / AEM Assets infrastructure, architecture, and configuration/administration Description: Broad understanding of entire MarTech stack data, decisioning and channel activation from a data-driven marketing / personalization lens Good understanding of Content ecosystem components like CMS, DAM, DRM, Personalization engines, Taxonomy/Metadata Management, Workflow tools, etc. Understanding of AEM and Salesforce ecosystems (specifically AEM, Adobe Target, SFMC) Broad understanding of how end-to-end marketing works from ideation/discovery to planning to development to execution to reporting and finally to optimization Has experience in performing capability/system audits and assessments from a business capability, process and technology perspective Ability to gather and document key requirements (functional, non-functional), pain points and key highlights of systems Has experience in producing product and vendor comparisons, using key criteria both qualitative and quantitative (via scoring) The role requires very good client communication skills, specifically note taking, documentation and presentation skills (ability to produce executive level summaries, MarTech ecosystem diagrams and assessment findings presentations) Candidate should be proactive, a quick learner and be able to deal with ambiguity and drive towards clarity Will proactively work and collaborate with senior candidate
