Job Title: Sr.Project Manager-Healthcare

Position Details:
Supporting existing and new projects kicking off within Client Engagement
There will be a significant amount of client-facing components that require a resource with strong stakeholder management skills
The resource will be managing multiple projects (4-6+ at a time) with budgets for each ranging on average of $200-700K, up to 2 million
The resource must have hands-on experience with budget and resource management
Most projects the resource will take on will be in the early initiation and planning stages and not well-defined
This resource will need to identify where they need support and escalate resource management issues as quickly as possible to move projects into the execution state
The resource must have strong communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging based on the audience (technical resource, client engagement representative, resource manager, executive leadership, etc
The resource must be able to build rapport and be persistent in their attempts to gather all necessary information from clients/stakeholders
The resource will need to be good at time management to deliver on a project with tight deadlines
There is constant change in a very fast-paced environment, the ability to prioritize and multitask is a must
The resource will need to be able to ask the right questions, research, and dig to get challenging information
Planview experience is highly preferred
Agile experience is also highly preferred
The resource will be working predominantly in a Waterfall approach to client work, but interacting with Agile teams throughout the IT/Development/QA space on delivery of some projects
