Title: Sr. IT Helpdesk Support

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duration: 6 months+ extensions

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: DOE

Required Experience/Skills:

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk Support.

- Tools – will be provided by AECF

- Experience in Win 10, 0365 support for end users, outlook, word, power point, WebEx etc troubleshooting.

- Strong experience with MS Office 365 applications.

- Strong troubleshooting skills in a Windows based enterprise environment

- Experience with desktop and server operating systems including Microsoft Windows 7 and 10nbsp;

- Triage and support Windows.

- Excellent hardware troubleshooting experience.

- Extensive application support experience with all Microsoft products

- Experience with Information Technology and specifically with Microsoft server, software, hardware

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving Windows 10 and basic laptop hardware issues.

- Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

- Basic understanding of enterprise data Center concepts (Windows, networking, server administration

- MCP, MCITP Certifications preferred
