Job Description :

Spotfire Developer with Life Science background

REMOTE

  • Need a developer with more than 5-8 years of experience who has hands-on experience of Spotfire tool.
  • Should have experience on Iron Python scripting, Java scripts & html and should be able to;
    • Understand requirements and develop & maintain simple to complex Spotfire dashboards, reports, and visualizations for requirement elaborations.
    • Develop and maintain Python scripts that perform tasks including, but not limited to, page change, parameters gathering, table refresh, batch loading, document property reset, zoom slider reset, and set tags
    • Develop and maintain JavaScript that interact with Spotfire elements in ways that Iron Python cannot
    • Develop and maintain R scripts that interact with Spotfire for specialized data wrangling
  • Should be well versed with configuring visualization properties, write custom expressions and debug visualizations
  • Should be able to think out of the box to create different prototypes & should be comfortable in working with different graphs
  • Resource should be able to work independently & proactively
  • Resource should have good written & verbal communication skills & should be able to communicate/coordinate with internal or external stakeholders
