Title: Solution Architect
Location: Arden Hills, MN (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Required Experience/Skills:
? Outstanding written and verbal communicationskills.
? Ability to communicate effectively todevelopers, solution architects, project/product managers, product owners andbusiness stakeholders.
? Demonstrated success in design, development, andarchitecture of digital application best practices.
? 6 years of application development experience,4 years of application development leadership.
? 2 years developing cloud applications,preferably on Azure using resources such as Web Apps, Azure Functions, AzureSQL, Cosmos DB, KeyVault, Service Bus, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) or othercontainer-based technologies.
? Demonstrated success leading development teams,both onshore and offshore and working in an Agile and/or Scrum developmentenvironments.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
? Demonstrate an emphasis on outcomes overartifacts, including the ability to plan and deploy business and ITinitiatives.
? Experience working within Agricultural / Dairyor Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
? Experience working as a Product Manager/Owner onan Agile SCRUM and/or Kanban teams.
? Experience working with enterprise architectureframeworks
