Software Engineer II - Copilot Studio

100% Remote

We are looking for a Software Engineer II with experience in Copilot Studio and AI-powered solutions to design, build, and maintain intelligent conversational applications. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to develop copilots, automate workflows, and enhance user experiences using modern AI and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered copilots and conversational agents using Copilot Studio
Build and integrate APIs, plugins, and workflows with enterprise systems
Customize and configure Copilot Studio solutions to meet business requirements
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable solutions
Implement and maintain conversation flows, prompts, and integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot performance and integrations
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in AI application development
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Stay updated on advancements in AI, copilots, and automation technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience in software development or application engineering
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents / Microsoft Power Platform
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Python)
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML or conversational AI solutions
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services and Bot Framework
Experience in low-code/no-code platforms
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to enterprise application integrations (CRM, ERP systems)
