Job Responsibilities:
Define the Service and Community Cloud Architectures
Assist in developing the approach to integrating with Marketing Cloud
Determine the best approach to triggering and executing Marketing Communications from Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
Describe how to utilize Salesforce best practices to implement the requirements primarily through configuration and minimal custom development
Develop the solution design documents for the Service and Community Cloud Solutions
Conduct design walkthroughs
6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
Extensive experience architecting and building enterprise scale applications on Service and Community Clouds
Hands on development and architect experience in custom development with Salesforce Lightning
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
Highly skilled in building custom integrations on Salesforce platform.
