SFDC Admin with Autorabit and Copado
Location – Chicago, IL
Key responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration: Perform Salesforce administration and configurations including; maintain user profiles, role hierarchies, sharing rules, reporting, custom object creation, process builder, validation and workflow rules, campaign management, page layouts, records types, approval process, email templates. Manages all security settings and conduct regular security/configuration audits. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration and user support materials. Keep abreast of new salesforce.com features and functionality and provide recommendations for best and highest use of the platform. Creating reports and Dashboard to meet operational requirements including maintaining a standard set of reports to satisfy requirements; validate reports/dashboard created by others in the organization and assist in the interpretation of data. Review and manage app exchange products.
An advanced university degree (master’s or higher) in information technology or related field. A combination of a first university degree in a relevant field combined with two additional years of relevant professional experience may be substituted for the advanced university degree.
A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible and relevant work experience in an international development context as elaborated below:
o Experience in Salesforce administration and support within a global model;
o experience of deployments using force.com migrations tools (Force.com IDE, Eclipse, ANT, Gearset/AutoRabit/Copado
Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community cloud
Strong understanding of CI/CD and Azure DevOps;
Industry qualifications in Salesforce platform (Salesforce.com Certified Advance Administrators and/or Platform App Builder)
Fluency in English is required.
