Job Title: ServiceNow Tech Lead
Location: Hartford, CT
Employment Type: (Full-time or contract) Contract
Duration: 6 Months

Job description/ Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support technical design and architecture for all solutions being built on the ServiceNow platform including integrations.
  • Assist with gathering functional requirements, estimations and defining technical requirements as inputs into the overall solution design.
  • Hands-on experience in Design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment.
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understand business process, including systems and integrations.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoots incidents from process and systems perspective.
  • Verify and own issue resolution, including coordination & communication.
  • Resolve incidents that are configuration/data related.
  • Coordinate with other teams as required.
  • Root cause analysis for critical incidents.
  • Maintain run books and SOPs.
  • Documentation updates and maintenance of knowledge artifacts, design documents and architecture diagrams

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Hands on experience on ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM.
