Job Description :
Hands on experience is a requirement – if they are an architect need to dig in that they understand granular level knowledge of SNOW platform
Requirements:
5+ years as a key resource for large scale ITOM solutions, of which 3 or more years as a ServiceNow Architect / Lead or ServiceNow Solution Consultant
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Mgmt.
Bachelor’s Degree in CS
Must Haves in day to day:
Discovery – sensors and probes. Migrating with newest SNOW. Regular maintenance and discovery for OPS Center.
Moving to the cloud (AWS) – someone who understands the integration with SNOW and AWS. Doesn’t need to be expert, but some exposure
Service mapping and event management. Critical area where they setup data base models from top down approach.
Software asset management – bring knowledge of configurations and leverage tools.
Knowledge how to integrate with other applications (Web Services, transfer files)
Overall platform knowledge – ITOM as well as how to maintain, upgrade, patching, etc on SNOW platform.
Preferred:
Certs are preferred but not a must
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification - Service Mapping, Event Management. (SAM and Cloud Management is a plus
