ServiceNow Platform Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will define architectural standards, ensure platform scalability and security, and guide development teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
Design and define end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
Establish best practices, standards, and governance for ServiceNow development.
Lead solution design for complex ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
Review and approve technical designs, customizations, and configurations.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and consultants.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams.
Oversee upgrades, patching, and platform optimization.
Support integration with third-party systems using REST/SOAP, MID Server, etc.
Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps modules.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal/Now Experience UI.
Knowledge of authentication, SSO, LDAP, and security best practices.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Experience in large-scale or multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
