Qualifications:
ServiceNow experience a must.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study preferred
High technical aptitude required.
Rapidly assess and learn innovative technology or technical functions.
Documentation skills required. Word, Power Point, Excel
Problem solving skills required.
Must be innovative and develop solutions by effective use of available technologies.
Need to be skilled in organizing, planning, time management, scheduling, documentation, and meeting deadlines.
Data analysis and reporting skills required.
Minimum of 5 years of data analysis and reporting using Excel and SQL required. Knowledge of Power BI a plus.
How to use SharePoint knowledge a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with business users and IT, and the ability to present solutions to all levels of associates.
Must have attention to detail and be a self-starter with a curiosity mindset.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships to effectively partner with IT departments in the development, implementation and maturity of process efficiency.
Ensure all technology operations audit requests are completed correctly and on time.
Facilitate governance meetings to ensure processes are being followed.
Understand various ITSM processes, technologies, and data environments to help analyze and formulate solutions
Design and build process efficiency and automation solutions
Train users on process and automation efficiency enhancements and updates
Assess risks and opportunities to design sound solutions, both elegant and sustainable, for business problems
