The ServiceNow IT Asset Business Process Manager Product Manager oversees the end-to-end process of the IT Asset Management and Inventory functions across software asset licenses, hardware and software service agreements and warranties. They are also responsible for the standardization of tracking, data quality, policy compliance through the asset s life cycle from acquisition to retirement
This role will report directly to the ServiceNow platform owner and work directly with each of the product leaders to develop foundational policies, procedures, and advise on an upcoming RFP to third parties to implement ServiceNow HAM and SAM.
The client went live with ServiceNow ITSM 9 months ago, transitioning from Cherwell.
The client is currently running the Yokohama release.
Top Skills Required for this role :
1. A deep understanding and certification in ServiceNow s ITAM suite to spear head ITAM product goals, policies across stakeholders
2. Strong communication skills and Executive presence to prioritize and translate complex business needs into scalable, value-driven solutions across stakeholders and teams
3. Experience implementing ServiceNow ITAM (HAM and SAM) successfully
