Role: ServiceNow ITAM/APM
Location: Remote
Duration:Long Term Contract
 
 
The ServiceNow ITAM/AP Consultant is a senior key leader in ServiceNow implementation teams. They are responsible for designing and deploying best-practices solutions that help achieve our client’s strategic ServiceNow IT Asset Management (SAM & HAM) and APM goals. They will lead current-state process discovery, re-engineering workshops, and analysis sessions to identify and develop solutions that impact the organization’s ability to operate with greater efficiency and effectiveness.
 
Responsibilities
 
Lead all the architectural and technical aspects of delivering ITAM/APM  solutions on the ServiceNow platform. 
Advise clients on best practices IBM within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhanced experiences. 
Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables. 
Demonstrate flexibility by delivering on a variety of project roles; including documentation, testing, and training. 
Innovate and identify solutions that can be reused on future engagements.  
Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current and contribute to IBM ServiceNow thought leadership. 
 
Required Skills & Experience
 
5-8 years of experience implementing ServiceNow (SN) in a professional services organization.
Prior full life cycle implementations experience in ITAM/APM modules.
A comprehensive understanding of both SN Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and SN Software Asset Management (SAM), including SN Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM, and Asset Model Management micro-certification.  ServiceNow APM Certifications
Experience implementing SAM SaaS connections, as well as procurement module and contract lifecycle management (CLM) application integrations. 
Experience with complex license metrics/reconciliations
Demonstrated experience in at least one other area of ServiceNow, such as ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM
