We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support our client on their ServiceNow platform, focused mainly on ITSM and related ITIL processes.
Role overview
You will work under the guidance of a Senior ServiceNow Developer or Platform Owner and help improve and support the platform by building features, fixing issues, and assisting with upgrades and issue remediation.
What you will do
- Build and configure ITSM capabilities in ServiceNow. forms, tables, catalog items, record producers, notifications
- Modify existing workflows and create new workflows using Flow Designer
- Configure integrations between ServiceNow and third party applications
- Help ensure ServiceNow functionality aligns with ITIL standards
- Support platform upgrades. smoke testing, minor fixes for breaking changes
- Help track and resolve Health Scan findings
- Create and update documentation and knowledge articles
- Support other operational areas at FPI when needed and identify process improvement opportunities
What you should bring
- 1 3 years of experience developing or administering ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms. internships and co ops count
- ServiceNow CSA certification. required
- CAD and micro certs in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or ITSM are a plus
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, including CSDM awareness and basic CMDB concepts
- Basic JavaScript and familiarity with the Glide API are a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. you can work well with different teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor s degree in a computer related field is preferred
