Job Description
- Overall IT Experience of 9+ Years minimum with a relevant ServiceNow SecOps of 3+ Years
- Hands on experience in ServiceNow Sec Ops modules: Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, Security Incident Response.
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, application scoping and data modeling.
- Excellent knowledge of scripting, tools, APIs , third party Integrations using SOAP, REST and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of ITIL and software lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with new platform capabilities such as flow designer, integration hub and service graph connectors.
- Exceptional knowledge on basic platform components such as client scripts, business rules, ACLs, import sets, Service Catalog, Script includes, MID Servers, UI policies, Data policies, Forms, Lists, workflows
- Experience in reporting and Performance Analytics would be a plus
- Good to have knowledge of Agile and DevOps operational processes.
- Performing unit testing and creation of Test automation use cases leveraging ATF.
- Deeper understanding of the platform and assisting in troubleshooting issues prevailing existing features/bugs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts.
- Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology.
- ServiceNow Admin & ServiceNow Application Developer Certification preferred
