Job Description
ServiceNow Consultant who will be working on complex Service Mapping projects to Client the client''s application and infrastructure landscape. Should be able to interact with the different application and infrastructure teams to understand and document the landscape.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/Solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment in ServiceNow IT Operations Management – Service Mapping and Discovery
At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
Working knowledge in ServiceNow Service Mapping and Discovery and be able to create mapping patterns and troubleshoot
Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business
Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment
Experience in Interacting cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information
Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers
