Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products leveraging AWS cloud services and Generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG architectures). The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy, technical execution, and customer needs to build scalable, intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI/ML and GenAI-based solutions.

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.

• Work closely with engineering teams to design solutions using AWS services (Lambda, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.).

• Drive implementation of Generative AI solutions including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.

• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to develop scalable AI pipelines.

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical product specifications.

• Ensure product scalability, security, and compliance within cloud environments.

• Analyze product performance, user feedback, and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

• Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML and cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 6–10+ years of experience in product management with strong technical exposure.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform (EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock, API Gateway).

• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts including:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  • Prompt engineering

  • Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)

• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other programming languages (preferred).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, or similar GenAI platforms.

• Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.

• Exposure to NLP, embeddings, and semantic search.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

• AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, ML Specialty) is a plus.
