Job Description:
Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Experience: 12+ Years
client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer (Apex + LWC expert) with strong integration knowledge, Agile experience, and leadership capabilities, ideally backed by Salesforce certifications.
Strong Salesforce Development Expertise (1012+ years): Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and custom metadata types.
Integration Skills: Deep knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events).
Enterprise-level Solution Design: Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce applications.
Agile/Scrum Delivery: Experience working in bi-weekly sprints with CI/CD pipelines.
Leadership & Mentoring: Leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and participating in code reviews/architecture discussions.
