Senior Salesforce Developer

  • Location: Onsite — Hartford, CT
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Agentforce Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of experience for a fully onsite role in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate must hold both the Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Agentforce Specialist certifications. This role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, SOQL, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components. You'll also need a strong background in Core Java and JavaScript, and experience working with tools like Apex Data Loader and Git. Experience in building AI agents with Agentforce is also required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Admin.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Agentforce Specialist certifications are mandatory.
  • 1+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components.
  • 3–5 years of experience in programming languages such as APEX, Core Java, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in Agentforce for building AI agents.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce technologies like Salesforce CRM, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and Custom Objects.
  • Experience with development tools such as Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, and ANT.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of the SAFe methodology.
  • Good communication and collaborative skills to work in an onshore/offshore support model.
