Job Description :
5+ Years of experience in Insurance Industry, preferably in P&C Insurance Domain
· Hands-on in Power point, Microsoft Excel and CA Rally or JIRA agile tool
· Strong Communication, negotiation, and presentation Skill to Senior leadership
· Ability to manage multiple projects with various business groups and IT stake holders.
o Oversee and manage day to day deliveries for the projects that focus in specific actuarial areas such as pricing and reserving for both domestic and international regions. Establishes project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Manages resources and leads project participants to successful completion. Communicates effectively and liaises with project stakeholders.
o Collaborate methodologies and deliverables; for the data office recommended solutions; with actuaries, underwriters and data office leaders.
o Bring best practices in managing the project and timelines by using the tools like Rally for task tracking and GITHUB for version control
o Would participate and monitor progress on other data office initiatives to bring synergy and reduce duplication of work within organization.
o Would play an important role in managing the global property SVOT and international ADM projects.
· Ability to write business requirements and use cases,
· Ability to perform data Analysis and produce reports to business groups.
· Self-motivated and Self-driven and ability to drive projects.
