We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Senior ServiceNow Developer role.
Job Description:
The client is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team of IT professionals. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work on developing and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Work with moderate-to-minimal oversight on design and development
  • Collaborate with team members to design and develop new solutions to meet business requirements
  • Assist with tasks focused on role-based operations optimization, digital headquarters, and project streamline. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications
  • Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and code reviews
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications
  • Stay current with the latest trends and developments in ServiceNow platform
  • Continuously improve the performance and scalability of ServiceNow applications
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development best practices and standards
  • Train other team members on advanced development and features
  • Build quality assurance into new and existing development using automated testing
Skills(Required):
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform development.
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript and/or AngularJS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrates good attention to detail.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Understanding of RESTful web services and API development.
Skills (Preferred):
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • ServiceNow certification(s), preferably ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Automated Test Framework and portal development
