Job Description :

MUST HAVES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on administration and engineering experience with Microsoft 365 in an enterprise setting.
  • Proven experience leading M365 implementations, upgrades, or major configuration projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, and security & compliance features.
  • Advanced experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Strong PowerShell scripting experience and familiarity with Graph API.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and interface with senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid environments and integration with on-prem Active Directory and legacy systems.
  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, SC-300, or equivalent).
  • SharePoint 2013+ administration and customization experience.
  • Familiarity with Defender for O365, Conditional Access Policies, Sensitivity Labels, and DLP.
  • Experience with security auditing, tenant hardening, and compliance configuration.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL Server is a plus.
