Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior IGA Consultant to support the onboarding of enterprise applications to SailPoint IdentityNow and ForgeRock, within a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model. This role will involve direct engagement in both development and operations, delivering auditable identity governance capabilities across a large enterprise landscape. The role also includes an advisory component to assess delivery models and guide architectural decisions. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute onboarding of enterprise applications to SailPoint (targeting 40 apps this year; 100+ next year).
- Provide full-stack IGA support across development, integration, and production (including lower environments).
- Deliver and refine IAM architecture using SailPoint and ForgeRock, ensuring security, scalability, and audit-readiness.
- Participate in design and delivery reviews and provide architectural guidance on IGA best practices.
- Support the implementation of RBAC, SoD controls, and policy enforcement for applications.
- Contribute to the build-out of an optimized delivery model that includes offshore resources.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on IAM strategy, roadmap, and maturity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration.
- Proven expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow or IIQ (required).
- Solid working knowledge of ForgeRock Identity Platform (required).
- Experience onboarding enterprise applications into IGA platforms with auditable controls.
- Proficiency in configuring connectors, managing lifecycle events, and policy management.
- Strong scripting and development skills (e.g., BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, REST APIs).
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA).
- Experience operating in or managing hybrid (onshore/offshore) delivery models.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to serve in an advisory capacity with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in large-scale, multi-region enterprise environments.
- Certifications in SailPoint or ForgeRock technologies.
- Background in security architecture or engineering.
- Consulting or advisory experience in IAM transformation programs.
