Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Engineer with strong experience in Identity Governance, custom connector development, architecture, and coding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise identity solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ, ensuring seamless integration with business systems, and enabling robust access management workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow.
• Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, rules, policies, and provisioning logic.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define and refine identity architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, or REST APIs as part of SailPoint customization.
• Perform role mining, identity lifecycle management, access reviews, and certification implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to user provisioning, authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and meet compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership in designing integrations with cloud and on-prem systems.
• Participate in code reviews and support deployment activities across environments.
Required Skills:
• 3+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
• Strong experience in custom connector development (Connector One and others).
• Solid programming skills in Java, BeanShell, XML, RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SailPoint architecture, security modeling, and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle, RBAC, and compliance-driven access controls.
• Familiarity with directory services like Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.
• Experience integrating with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• SailPoint certification(s)
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
• Experience with integrating SailPoint with ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, etc.
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
