*Primary Location: *123 Remote Street, Atlanta, GA, USA*Division: *Cox Automotive*Job Level: *Individual Contributor*Travel: *No*Schedule: *Full-time*Shift: *Day Job*Requisition Number: *202105040Sr Digital Auction Specialist will be a team lead managing the day to day customer operations for Manheim Express and OVE. Specialist will build relationships with auction staff to promote best practices for Manheim Express app and marketplace. To succeed in this position, candidate must be able to quickly diagnose problems, work across a matrix organization, and effectively drive to resolutions.* Supervise the day to day operations of staff.* Responsible for training and managing accountability with team members.* Working across matrix organization within multiple systems, applications, and databases.* Executing reports, data management, and analysis.* Excellent customer service, a professional demeanor and the ability to participate in a team environment are keys to this position.* Ensure all inbound client and auction inquiries are being answered in a timely manner. Assist management in building out a communication model to support inbound calls, emails, etc.* KPI reporting to management to ensure targets are being met.* Recognize and resolve process breakdowns.* Be an effective resource for the auction staff. This means becoming a subject matter expert in the auction operational impacts of using Manheim Express app and the vehicle cascade between statuses on* Manage vehicle inventory and consignment to remarketing partners Meridian.* Assist management in vehicle pricing for remarketing. Role will have a direct impact to the P&L.* Key role in managing post sale activities for Manheim Express; sale processing, Guaranteed First Bid validation, remarketing, arbitration, gate pass, ad hoc client requests and questions.* Other duties as needed.
