Job Description:
We are seeking a CRM Administrator / Project Coordinator with strong Oracle Service Cloud experience and hands-on skills supporting CRM operations, data management, integrations, and medium-scale project coordination. This dual-function role supports both system administration and structured project execution.
Configure and maintain CRM settings, workflows, user profiles, message templates, surveys, campaigns, workspaces, and permissions.
Assist with testing and verification for custom code, vendor releases, patches, and add-ons.
Collaborate with Contact Center and BA teams to recommend improvements, system enhancements, and scalable solutions.
Support system availability by coordinating with developers, DBAs, system admins, and technical leads.
Manage data integrity (imports, migrations, integrations, cleanup).
Provide application administration, troubleshooting, and support (code migration, change control, app security, performance, availability).
Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews within Oracle Service Cloud.
Coordinate project timelines, resources, deliverables, and cross-team activities.
Maintain documentation: BRDs, test plans, test results, project plans, meeting minutes.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings to drive status updates and issue resolution.
3+ years CRM administration experience (Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
2+ years project coordination or project management experience.
Strong knowledge of CRM data management, reporting, campaigns, surveys, and Intelligent Advisor.
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Familiarity with PM tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana).
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
