JOB TITLE: Senior Business Analyst
POSITION TYPE:- C2H(Client full time)

Position Purpose:
The Business Analyst, Advisory will drive requirements gathering sessions in onsite project meetings with the client and work with cross-functional client stakeholders to complete application worksheets and customizations scoping. This is a key role focused on championing and establishing product requirements and ensuring that the organization is prepared for new products and product launches. As a Business Analyst on this team you will interact with Team Leadership as well as multiple Subject Matter Experts to draw out business requirements, create and functional and design documents, and prepare all necessary User Interface designs (wireframes).
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and define Business Requirements & Use Cases
2. Create collateral such as reference docs, user guides, etc. in support of the products and solutions
3. Document functional requirements and determine complexity of work for applicable projects
4. Work with Solutions Consultants and Solutions Architects to create proposal documents and requirements templates
5. Provide analysis to resolve production issues Support and/or perform User Acceptance Test (UAT)
6. Participate in product demos and requirements process
7. Participate in Agile development activities such as stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration; serve as ScrumMaster
8. Gather and document requirements and high-level estimates for defect fixes and enhancements
9. Work with cross-functional client stakeholders to complete application worksheets and customizations scoping.
10. Work closely with Technical, QA and Business Teams in explaining the requirements and provide functional guidance/answers
11. Research, gather, articulate, refine and document business/technical requirements 12. Create and manage the progress of Product backlog Items
13. Attend and record discussion for regular project meetings
14. Document and execute acceptance criteria
15. Work with TSQL, SQL and Office Tools to create business requested data / reports 16. Acts as a liaison between Developers, Operations, and Product Management
17. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Company standard development tools, programming languages, system design concepts, and analysis techniques
18. Analyze client reported issues and help Support Team in designing/implementing and testing fixes Conduct preliminary functional testing Prepare Help/Support Documentation for new features/fixes
19. Manage Sprints - create Sprints, coordinate with the Scrum Team to assign/update tasks Participate & Contribute in functional framework discussions

Required Qualifications:
   Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science Degree
   Min of 7 years of Business or Systems analysis experience including some involving large, complex software solutions
   Strong technical knowledge and experience working in Software Development teams
   Microsoft SQL /Oracle server experience is a must .
   A solid understanding of the methodologies surrounding the SDLC
   A working knowledge understanding of web-based and middleware technologies (J2EE, XML)
   Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
   Strong written and verbal communication skills

   Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across multiple software products. .       Experience working in financial domains (banks, credit unions)
   Agile Methodology ( Scrum, Kanban)
   Azure Dev-Ops/JIRA experience
