o One position will be for candidates with experience managing Adobe and/ OR Pega systems. For this position experience with either adobe or Pega is a MUST have

o Another position will be primarily focused on data partnerships like Snowflake, Denodo Collibra, Stiba, Informatica, Microfocus etc.



HCL Digital and Analytics is looking for a talented professional and team player with great energy and initiative to fill a key role in Alliances. This individual is expected to build strong, trusted relationships within HCL’s partner ecosystem, and the role closely collaborates with global sales as well as delivery and practice teams. A significant portion of this role will be dedicated to managing and expanding our partnership with few of our existing strategic and growth partners

The individual must exhibit leadership qualities that inspire teaming and trust to influence multiple lines of business to support Alliances/Partnering Strategies. This individual will have cross functional engagement with GTM teams, practitioners, vertical sales, marketing and delivery teams to drive accelerated pipeline expansion

Experience / Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree or higher, Minimum 4-6 years of alliance partnership experience building and nurturing relationships with technology partners (Partner relationship management experience with Adobe, Pega, RPA companies, Data companies will be a big Plus)

Increase brand awareness with partners through networking, campaigns, partner events, driving consultant accreditation, strategic account planning etc. Generate license and services revenue by partnering with GTM teams and practice leadership to plan accounts and co-sell to execute on this growth. Own operational alliance tasks to ensure all data, systems and reporting are up to date.

Demonstrated experience in developing, executing and maintaining marketing strategies and experience handling contract negotiations with vendors. Ability to build rapport, create connections, and drive engagement with partners will be key to this role

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to set priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
