Job Description:
- Certified Scrum Master with 6+ years experience as a Scrum Master
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum dashboard, Kanban, etc.
- Familiarity with Continuous delivery / Continuous Integration, software development practices, and tools like JIRA, Rally.
- Ability to work with and lead a large teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Anticipate, manage and resolve risks and issues, track progress against milestones, deadlines. Report on these items, including dependency information, to key stakeholders.
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Helping the product owner and development teams to achieve customer satisfaction
- Understand high-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate communication, conflict resolution and drive decisions on appropriate solutions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Prepare dashboard and publish Project status report to stake holders.
