SAS Platform Technical Lead


Responsibilities include:

Management of the SAS platform and its end to end processes to maintain full availability and resiliency for the user population.
Management of SAS vendor installs within JPMC environments including all upgrades, hotfixes, etc.
Implementation and support of SAS application on the platform.
Ownership of the BAU and Tech Controls agenda, including direct business engagement for prioritization and communication of all environment changes.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and qualification, including:
8+ years of combined AD team leadership and IT experience.
2+ years of experience with SAS administration, demonstrating understanding of installations, upgrades, etc.
2+ years of experience with Unix/Linux scripting.
5+ years of infrastructure management including AIX, GPFS SAN, NAS, etc.
Experience working across large, complex environments with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
Strong understanding of end-to-end software control standards and implementation.
Experience with end-to-end development tools and processes to enforce version control, change control and automated delivery (eg. GIT Bitbucket, Jenkins, Fitness, etc.
Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage team members and external business contacts including consultants and Vendors.
Cloud experience is desirable.
Driving innovation across the firm''s corporate technology portfolio, increasing efficiencies through process automation, and Agile application development, with an emphasis on user experience and shorter development cycles.
