Job Description:
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to play a crucial role (onsite) in a transformative SAP SuccessFactors implementation project for our client based in Newark, CA.
As an OCM Consultant, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies tailored to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
This involves conducting detailed stakeholder analyses to understand and mitigate resistance, developing targeted communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging, and crafting training programs to enhance user competence and confidence in the new system.
Your role will also entail closely monitoring the adoption process, gathering feedback to refine change initiatives, and ensuring the project's objectives align with the organization's strategic goals.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OCM practices into the project lifecycle, ensuring that change management activities are seamlessly woven into technical delivery schedules.
