Position: SAP Success Factor Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
· Hands on SAP SuccessFactors implementations experience, and/or pursuits that transform clients’ HR, Payroll and Workforce Management functions
· Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out payroll offerings powered by SuccessFactors
· Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
· Develop and/or deliver the business case for clients to address their business needs using SAP technology
· Build and develop your technical SAP and business teams
Skills:
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in Success Factors
· Minimum of 1 end-to-end Success Factors implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture
· Experience working directly with business owners to define business processes
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
