Job Title: SAP ISU Techno/Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months

Responsibilities:

Functional Analysis and Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements related to Billing processes.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
SAP ISU Billing Configuration:
- Configure SAP ISU Billing module according to business requirements and best practices.
- Customize billing schemas, rate determination, invoicing processes, and taxation rules as per client needs.
Technical Development and Customization:
- Develop custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces using ABAP programming language to extend SAP ISU Billing functionality.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
Integration Management:
- Coordinate with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless integration with Billing processes.
- Implement and support integration scenarios such as SAP CRM, SAP FI/CO, and external billing systems.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Create test scenarios, conduct unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Billing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Documentation and Training:
- Document functional specifications, technical designs, and configuration changes.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and support teams on SAP ISU Billing functionalities.
Production Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP ISU Billing applications, including incident resolution and problem management.
- Perform regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure system stability and reliability.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with SAP ISU Billing module releases, patches, and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to optimize Billing operations.
