Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SM (Service Management) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Service Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business users to streamline service operations, service orders, and customer support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP Service Management (SM) module
  • Manage service orders, service contracts, warranties, and service notifications
  • Integrate SAP SM with SD, MM, PM, and FI modules
  • Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions
  • Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training
  • Provide production support and resolve incidents/issues
  • Ensure documentation of configurations and business processes

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in SAP SM / SAP CS / SAP S/4HANA Service Management
  • Good understanding of service processes and lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of integration with SAP SD, MM, PM, and FI
  • Experience in service order management and pricing
  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders effectively

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Service Management
  • Exposure to SAP FSM (Field Service Management)
  • Certification in SAP Service Management (added advantage)
