JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Trailblazer is an enterprise initiative to migrate a legacy CRM—and associated data integrations and reporting—to Microsoft Dynamics 365. We would like to add a dedicated PM to act as the master coordinator, overseeing defined workstreams and ensuring seamless integration across teams. The PM will work closely to drive daily routines (e.g., scrums), establish structure, and maintain momentum on a high-visibility effort.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-stream transformation projects (preferably in CRM, analytics, or enterprise data)

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

·

Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery (sprints, backlog refinement, UAT)

·

Familiarity with risk management, change management, and cross-functional team coordination

·

Ability to work independently and proactively drive accountability

·

Flexibility to step in for core leads and redistribute tasks as needed to maintain momentum

·

Nice to have: Familiarity with Dynamics 365/Dataverse, Power Platform, SSIS/ETL, enterprise reporting (e.g., BOBJ/Power BI), and vendor coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and help coordinate multiple project streams (technical, business, data, change management, etc.)

Drive daily scrums and regular status routines for transparency and issue resolution

·

Track requirements, workstream status, risks, and tickets; ensure issues are logged and followed up

·

Maintain clear, consistent communication across teams and with leadership

·

Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring accessibility for all team members

·

Coordinate with leads to validate requirements, surface gaps, and redistribute tasks as needed—especially during leadership absences

Prepare and distribute status reports, milestone updates, and RAG summaries.
